My Story
I spent nearly two decades training dolphins, which means I'm fluent in squeaks, splashes, and the fine art of fish bribery. I've worked in four countries, visited at least twenty, and firmly believe passports are just storybooks in disguise.
Before I ever had a passport, my first adventures happened between the pages of a book. As a kid, I maxed out my library card on the regular — then worked in both a bookstore and a library just to stay close to my happy place. Books have always been my escape, my compass, and my co-conspirators in dreaming big.
My love language is food (sweet and salty, yes please), and when I'm not writing or taste-testing all the things, I'm devouring sci-fi and fantasy novels like dragons are absolutely real. I dream of a countryside life surrounded by dogs, cats, and wide-open nature to explore. Until then, I'm busy turning my real-life stories into fiction that blends heart, humour, and a little bit of island magic.
